Lucio Fabris,
B.Sc.Phm., CAE

|
|
Lucio Fabris is the
president and owner of Med-I-Well Services. He is a
pharmacist licensed with the Ontario College of
Pharmacists and a Certified Asthma Educator. He has also
received specialized training in anticoagulation
management.
Lucio’s background in
pharmacy and comprehensive knowledge of the health care
system has been an essential component of Med-I-Well
Services’ success since its launch in 1998. Lucio has
experience in community and hospital pharmacy as well as
with home care services. He also has extensive
experience researching best treatment options for a
variety of medical conditions and teaching health care
providers how to apply information from medical studies
to the care of their patients.
In addition to a thorough understanding of health and
health care, Lucio has exceptional interpersonal skills.
He has developed strong working relationships with
individuals with varied experiences, including company
management, union representatives, employees, retirees,
and health care providers.
Lucio’s diverse experience
and excellent communication skills have contributed to
his success in initiating and implementing creative
programs within a variety of health-related settings.
His integrated programs have been beneficial to all
stake holders, saving health care expenditures, reducing
illness, and improving health. In fact, through his work
with Med-I-Well Services, Lucio has been recognized
nationally for his innovative practice ideas and
commitment to patient care.

Cathy Burger, B.Sc. Phm., ACRP |

|
Cathy graduated from the Faculty of Pharmacy at the
University of Toronto and then completed a residency in
hospital pharmacy at Mount Sinai Hospital in Toronto.
She began her career as a clinical pharmacist at St.
Paul’s Hospital in Vancouver before returning to Mount
Sinai where she spent five years caring for patients on
the Internal Medicine floor. Currently, Cathy is a
clinical pharmacist on the renal transplant unit at St.
Joseph’s Healthcare in Hamilton. In her role with
Med-I-Well, Cathy prepares educational materials for
plan members and health care providers.

Ania Derecka, B.A.Sc. |
|
|
Ania graduated from the Applied Human Nutrition Program
at the University of Guelph and completed a
post-graduate certificate program in Workplace Wellness
and Health Promotion Program at Centennial College in
Toronto. She is also certified through the National
Wellness Institute and WebMD as a Wellness Program
Manager. Having worked in the wellness field on both
corporate and private levels, Ania combines her
professional experiences, knowledge, and passion to help
people improve their health.

Gregg Fabris,
MDE, B. Soc. Sc. Maj. Economics |

|
Gregg graduated from the University of Ottawa in 2007
with a bachelor of social science, majoring in
economics. After the completion of his undergrad, Gregg
worked as a Health Economist for ICARE before continuing
his education at Dalhousie University where he completed
a Masters program in Development Economics. He has
recently published his thesis as a book, titled
“Canadian Health in the New Economy” which analyses the
health status of Canadians before, during, and after the
financial crisis of 2007. Gregg has since returned to
his home town of Sudbury to provide economic consulting
services and assist with day to day operations at
Med-I-Well Services.

Judy Fabris,

|
Judy is an Occupational Therapist who has worked for
over 25 years with clients of all ages, including
children and adults with acute and chronic medical
conditions. As an occupational Therapist, Judy
strives to enable people to achieve health, well-being
and satisfaction through participation in work, play and
leisure or restful activities. The ability to
manage stress is a necessary skill for successful and
satisfying participation and productivity in today’s
world. Judy is part of an integrated and
interdisciplinary health care team whose goal is to
enhance workplace and personal health. She is a
licensed one on one HeartMath® provider whose goal is to
‘enable’ and to ‘empower’ people to live life to its
fullest, by coaching them in stress management, and
teaching them a necessary ‘skill for the job of
living’.

Nancy Kusnierczyk-Tripodi, B.Sc. Phm.,
ACPR |
|
|
Nancy Kusnierczyk-Tripodi is a pharmacist licensed with
the Ontario College of Pharmacists. She is a graduate of
the University of Toronto Faculty of Pharmacy and
completed the Residency Program at The Hospital for Sick
Children in Toronto. Following that, she returned to her
hometown of Sudbury to begin her career with Med-I-Well
Services Ltd. Nancy helps to provide pharmacy consultant
services and assists with the medical management
program.

Josee Leduc, H.B.Sc. Kinesiology |
|
|
Josee Leduc is a graduate from an honors program in
Kinesiology at Lakehead University in Thunder Bay. Josee
was born and raised in Sudbury, Ontario and has moved
back from Thunder Bay after completing her degree. Her
areas of interest are physical fitness and training as
well as nutrition. In the near future, she will study at
a master’s level in physical therapy and obtain a
certification in acupuncture. Josee helps to improve the
health and wellness of the community by incorporating
past experience, and academic knowledge into her
everyday work.

Matt McKague
B.Sc.Phm, ACPR
|
|
|
Matt McKague is a pharmacist licensed with the Ontario
College of Pharmacists.
He graduated from the Faculty of Pharmacy at the
University of Toronto and then completed a hospital
residency at The Ottawa Hospital. He began his career as
a staff pharmacist at the North Bay District Hospital
before starting at Med-I-Well. Matt helps to provide
pharmacy consulting services and assists with the
medical management program.
